Shrimp Sauce Recipe
This creamy shrimp sauce can be served with fish and seafood dishes, especially shellfish. It's made by adding
shrimp butter and cayenne pepper to a basic
White Wine Sauce.

- In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, heat bring the White Wine Sauce to a simmer. Stir in the shrimp butter and cayenne and cook for another minute.
- Add the cooked shrimp and stir until it is just heated through. Serve right away.
Makes about 1 quart of Shrimp Sauce.
