Herb Seafood Sauce
This creamy herb sauce can be served with fish and seafood dishes. It's made by adding fresh herbs to a basic White Wine Sauce.Note: This recipe calls for fresh parsley, chives and tarragon. If you don't have those, use whatever herbs you have as long as they're fresh, not dried.

Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh tarragon
- 1 quart White Wine Sauce
Preparation:
- In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, heat bring the White Wine Sauce to a simmer. Stir in the fresh herbs and serve right away.
