• Add Wine and Cook Until Absorbed
• Add a Ladle of Hot Stock
• Continue Adding Hot Stock While the Risotto Becomes Creamy
• Cook 20-30 Minutes
• Finish with Butter and Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
• Serve Risotto Right Away
