  • Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts or Professional Baking (requires additional 18 units of general education requirements)
  • ACF Certification in Culinary Arts or Professional Baking (for students not pursuing the AA degree)
Tuition:
$20 per unit or $250 per semester for California residents.
Worth Mentioning:
At Trade-Tech, a two-year culinary arts program, one that's fully accredited by the American Culinary Federation, will only cost $900 (if you're a California resident). That's $900 total. Might be the best deal on a culinary education anywhere in the country. They also offer a two-year professional baking program, for the same cost as the culinary arts program.
