California Culinary Academy (CCA) :
California Culinary Academy boasts three programs and offers culinary training using both classical and contemporary techniques. The program offers small classes and hands-on instruction outside of the classroom. California Culinary Academy operates a full-service restaurant, Carême 350, which is staffed by CCA students under the tutelage of professional chef instructors.
