Every year on the night before Thanksgiving, I get at least one email from someone asking me how to defrost a frozen turkey. And the thing is, if you've waited until the night before, there's no way.

In fact, for a 20-pound turkey, it's going to take at least five days to properly thaw. That means it's important for you to plan ahead.
