How to Roast Corn

By November 22, 2012

Roasted corn is ridiculously easy to make and is actually one of the best ways to prepare corn on the cob. I hesitate to write up this procedure as a recipe because it scarcely qualifies. Here it is: Heat the oven to 425°F. Put the corn in for 20 minutes. Take it out, shuck it, butter it, salt it and eat it. That's it.

The beauty of this is that it saves space on your stovetop for making gravy or whatever else you have going on up there, and chances are your oven is already hot from roasting your turkey. After you take the turkey out, you can roast the corn while the bird is resting. Perfect. Enjoy! Happy Thanksgiving!
