Sautéed Green Beans with Shallots & Lemon

When you close your eyes and picture your perfect Thanksgiving dinner, what vegetable do you see? Okay, this isn't really fair, since you already read the headline. But the point is, all that turkey, stuffing, gravy, cranberry sauce and potatoes (sweet and/or mashed) need something green to go with them. And what could be greener than green beans?
